After your session, simply tidy up and our studio manager will take care of locking up.
If you’re comfortable sharing any of the images you create in the space, I would LOVE to feature your work—with full credit, always.

You’ll receive a welcome email with studio details, access info, and tips for getting the most out of your time in the space. A studio manager will meet you at the start of your rental to let you in and give you a quick walkthrough, and will return five minutes before your session ends to lock up after your finished.

Start by checking the studio calendar on the page below to confirm your preferred date and time are available. Then send an inquiry with your chosen slot. Once approved, you’ll receive a booking link to sign your contract and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due one day before your session.

Pet Policy
Yes, there is free on-site parking for you and your clients.
Is there parking available?
While insurance is encouraged, it isn’t required for standard hourly rentals. Renters are responsible for any damages or fees incurred during their time in the space. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to our rental policies.
Insurance
Absolutely. Most furniture can be moved as long as it’s returned to its original placement before your rental ends. Please do not drag furniture across the floor, make sure to pick it up and place it where you need it.
Can I rearrange the furniture?
All bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, as long as the request is made at least 72 hours before your session. Cancellations or changes outside of these guidelines will be reviewed at our discretion.
